I'm told that this is irreparable, but don't believe that nobody has ever found a solution to this problem. Sould I just throw the boat away? Any input? Thanks.

no I dont believe that is not repairable ...thinking that cost wise may be a factor by taking it in to a dealer .....personally I think I would get some polyurethane glue and some strips on fabric from a dealer and then just reseam over top of the leaking seam ....may not look perfect but it will stop the leak

I repaired my leaky seam, by just using the repair kit's glue alone. I locate the leaky seam and basically "painted" the glue along the seam, using a small paint brush. I dd 3 application, 15 minutes apart. It's been holding now for months.
